Jeramy Freeman Donates Time, Equipment and Products to Promote Fitness and Motivate Youth

BOCA RATON, FL --(Marketwired - March 30, 2016) - Co-owner of Freeman Formula Jeramy Freeman does more than develop and market a line of superior fitness supplements he created over decades in the industry. He takes time to give his extensive health, wellness and entrepreneurial knowledge to everyone from children to seniors by doing activities such as hosting televisions programs, donating fitness equipment, lecturing at schools and writing a blog.

Jeramy has provided fitness and nutritional guidance for NHL Hockey Athletes, UFC Ultimate Fighters, Division 1 Athletes, recruits entering the Military, corporate executives, California Angels and more. Jeramy has been actively speaking to Fortune 500 companies to help inspire and motivate as many people as possible to take charge of their life and create the life of their dreams.

As an IFBB professional athlete, Jeramy has been highlighted, promoted and published in every major health and fitness, and muscle magazine in the world for over ten years. He has been featured in a number of international publications, television, radio, and other media outlets such as Flex, Muscle Mag International, Muscle and Fitness, Ironman, and Muscular Development but also makes sure to give back at a local level.

Most recently Jeramy went back to the high school he graduated from in Upstate New York and held a seminar about having direction in life, setting goals and creating a master plan and a life of purpose.

"It was definitely a rewarding feeling to inspire youth to follow their dreams," Jeramy said. "It was a very nostalgic feeling going back to the place I began my fitness career. Now there is a full gym but when I was there I was lifting weights in a room the size of a closet."

Through an effort to expand the school's fitness program he donated equipment and sponsored the program to keep youth active.

"Fitness is essential to live a long healthy life and everyone should have access to a fitness facility," Jeramy said.

Jeramy has traveled all over the world teaching about health and fitness and creating purpose. Featured by ESPN's Cold Pizza and Howard Stern's Radio and TV show, Jeramy offers health and fitness guidance for television and radio programing. International Muscle Magazine featured Jeramy's Well Rounded Health & Fitness as the most successful personal training company in New York.

In an effort to continue his philanthropic work regarding fitness, Jeramy has created a mindset series that will help you to achieve success. The series will show you how to build purpose and life an extraordinary life now, http://www.freemanformula.com/blog. To find out more visit www.freemanformula.com.
